Riverside South

Riverside South is a suburban community in the south end of the City of Ottawa. Home to approximately 15,000 residents, we are the fastest growing community within the City of Ottawa, with plans of being home to 50,000 residents by 2031.

The community is home to a mix of condominiums, attached row homes and detached single family homes. Nature trails run throughout the community and with 50 shops and restaurants the amenities needed are here. Major retail centres are expected at all four corners of Limebank and Earl Armstrong in the future.

I have been lucky to call Riverside South home since 2002. I am proud to raise my family in this community and look forward to seeing its continued growth.

Some developers offer condominium-like amenities such as pools, tennis courts, man-made lakes, beaches, and small neighbourhood community centres within their residential communities.
